Resinating LLC^® successfully completed another project for a Texas municipality.  It involved rehabilitating a 600’ line, 30” in diameter, that was filled with obstacles.  No other company or technology could have rehabilitated this line.  Using its EIPI Technology,  Resinating rehabilitated the pipe, installing more than 30 Resinating Fiberglass Expansion Liners,  avoiding a very costly Trench & Replace.

Resinating LLC^® solved a problem for a Texas municipality. The city had two manholes, one 22’ deep, the other 24’ deep, connected by a 30” pipe that had collapsed causing a sinkhole to develop.  This video documents the work a 5 person crew did in 3 days to completely rehabilitate all three structures by installing Resinating Fiberglass Expansion Liners, bonding them to the walls of the manholes and pipe using Resinating’s EIPI Technology.

This slide set documents the installation of a Resinating Fiberglass Expansion Liner in a brick and mortar manhole in a small town in Kansas.  It took a 3 person Resinating LLC crew 1 day to restore this 11’ deep, conical manhole, 42” in diameter at the bottom and 28” in diameter at the top.  The installation was completed without doing any excavation work.
